Resilience

How we manage difficulties and challenges depends on our level of resilience -how well we cope and adapt to changes both mentally, physically and emotionally, even bio-chemically.


We can cultivate practises that helps us align. Repetition is key as is discipline to building long-lasting results. We do this with meditation, breathwork, yoga, mindfulness, nutrition among other things. But always intentionally and with empathy for ourselves. It shall always be a balanced approach, we must not forget to have fun!
